We accept school supplies, sanitary products and clinical consumables against a published needs list. We do not accept used clothing — shipping it costs more than buying locally, and buying locally supports the same market women we fund.

How much of my gift reaches the programme?
86 pesewas of every cedi. The rest covers audit, insurance, the office and the fundraising that brings in next year's money. An organisation claiming 100% is either being funded by someone else or is not counting properly.
Can I choose which programme my gift supports?
Yes, for gifts above GH₵1,000 — tell us when you give. Below that, restricted gifts cost more to administer than they are worth, so we pool them across the three programmes.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Replace this answer with advice confirmed by your accountant. In Ghana, deductibility depends on the organisation's status with the Ghana Revenue Authority, and donors abroad are governed by their own country's rules. Do not promise a tax benefit you have not verified.
Can I give from outside Ghana?
Yes. International bank transfer details are above, and card payments work from anywhere once a payment provider is connected. Transfers from abroad usually take two to four working days.
How do I stop a monthly gift?
Cancel the standing order with your bank or mobile money provider, or email us and we will confirm it has stopped within two working days. We will not ask you to justify the decision.
